Roger Mooking Tonight at 10 EST on Heat Seekers: Jamaican jerk chicken, fiery Peruvian ceviche and “the hottest drink on the planet”, from Miami, FL. http://www.cookingchanneltv.com/heat-seekers/miami/index.html

Chefs Roger Mooking and Aaron Sanchez seek food that's hotter-than-the-sun on the balmy beaches of Miami. Authentic Jamaican jerk chicken and fiery Peruvian ceviche bring the heat, but at a hip Mexican eatery, the boys challenge each other to the hottest drink on the planet: the Vato Loco.

Chef Roger Mooking's mom and grandma taught him to make lasagna. Even though they aren't Italian, they are adventurous in the kitchen and truly believe food is the gateway to understanding other cultures. For dinner, Roger is creating a lasagna adventure of his own with his Obedient Ingredient, Ra...

Informative article. I don't up much stock in effect of calorie labeling. Lifestyle changes are the only way. Taxing soft drinks to effect change is only useful if that tax money goes only to support lifestyle change education, healthcare, and the like. Unfortunately, I don't trust the US federal or state governments not to redirect tax income for other uses.

I think people who drink pop or processed drinks will continue no matter what the lable says. Alot of people are addicted to the stuff so there really dont care about the labling. But it is a good way to inform people who do care what they consume and a very few might think about it.
