Roll Call
What do you do to pay the bills?
I work for some guy who is awesome and hilarious...and a really great Chef!
Why am I asking you questions?
Because you want some answers!
What does Soul Food mean to you?
A really wonderful culinary experience that trigers sensations and emotions that make you feel goooooood!
If you could create any food and music experience what would it be?
Beach times in the Caribbean with Caribbean BBQ and a live steel band.
Kosher or Sea Salt?
Both actually - depends on what it's for.
Wine or Cocktails?
Cocktails to start, followed by wine.
Prosciutto or Spam?
Prosciutto - is that even a fair question to ask?
Who is your favorite Iron Chef?
Mario Batali - because Italian food is really something special, and Batali definitely covers Italian brilliantly.
What is your favorite thing to smoke?
Pork butt - then created into a really delicious pulled pork sammie!
What is your favorite music to listen to while cooking, after Soul Food of course?
Indian lounge - it's good to groove to in the kitchen with the ones you love...ooooh yeaah...
Top 3 food experiences after Nyood, Kultura and Madras Pantry of course?
My man's lobster risotto (and everything else he cooks), Cava's beef cheek followed by their famous chocolate cake for dessert, mum's oso buco, and just for good measure, the fois gras poutine at Au Pied De Cochon...delish!
