    Spinat unt Spieglai - my mum's special spinach on a bed of boiled potatoes and a fried egg on top. If I had a last meal - that'd be it.


    If you could create any food and music experience what would it be?
    A big dinner with great friends, awesome conversation and a kick ass bunch of playlists.

    Can't decide - and yes, I can taste the difference.


    Wine or Cocktails?
    Neither. Ask me about tea though.

    I leave our four legged friends off my plate. Am I fun or what?!?

    It's all about Chairman Kaga for me.


    What is your favorite thing to smoke?
    I'll smoke an occasional splif, but cigarettes? Oh, I'm so disappointed they're so bad for you.


    What is your favorite music to listen to while cooking, after Soul Food of course?
    Tito Gomez & Orquesta Riverside or punk - which I listen too to do pretty much everything.


    Top 3 food experiences after Nyood, Kultura and Madras Pantry of course?
    1. La Piazza - a hole in the wall in Cannes and the best carbonara ever
    2. Blowfish - I love just about everything on that menu
    3. A brie sandwich made by a lovely English woman in Stratford on vacation once. I would spend the air fare just to get another one.
