    Both – but definitely wine with a meal


    Prosciutto or Spam?
    Spam should be outlawed. Prosciutto all the way!


    Who is your favorite Iron Chef?
    Michael Symon, for the style. Although I would kill to eat Morimoto’s creations


    What is your favorite thing to smoke?
    Salmon is a big favourite.

    Salsa and latin music
