It means the deliciously talented Roger Mooking who inspires people with the most discerning taste buds and ears, through his music and cooking.
If you could create any food and music experience what would it be?
It would depend on my mood and craving. If I'm sitting down for a meal of any kind, I always want the music to not be loud. I can appreciate all kinds of music, but not when it's loud when I want to have a conversation.

Again, this changes. In college it was a green leafy herb from British Columbia, now I'd say it's Turkey
