    What do you do?

    Working hard but not lots.

Why am I asking you questions?

Not sure but who doesnt love to answer questions about themselves

What does Soul Food mean to you?

Food that is made with love and nurturing fills your spirit and tummy.

If you could create any food and music experience what would it be?

Warm air, live reggae, dance floor not far from my table, grilled fresh fish with fruit compote, fried plantain for dessert and plenty of drinks

    Kosher or Sea Salt?

I use both but sea salt is full of trace minerals so gotta go with that one.

    Wine or Cocktails?

Wine and cocktails they each have a time and place in my life.

    Prosciutto or Spam?

Well thats tough, of course SPAM one of the lesser appreciated delicaciesyuck! Prosciutto, prosciutto, prosciutto one of my pregnancy cravings that I cannot get enough of even though its full of nitrates and its bad for both of us.

Who is your favorite Iron Chef?

I just got cable for the first time ever, so I know the show but dont have a favourite.

What is your favorite thing to smoke?

Umm, guilty pleasurea cigarette after a good meal and the other, well

What is your favorite music to listen to while cooking, after Soul Food of
    course?

I do love to cook! and listen to reggae (when I am alone), jazz/soul (with my husband hes uptight and it chills him out) and 80s music (with my boys strange they seem to be really drawn to music from the early 80s) and any background music with my girls nothing can be heard over our chatter and laughing.

Top 3 food experiences after Nyood and Kultura of course?

I could write paragraphs about each of these but Ill keep it simple.

    1. In the Italian alps with my dad, sunny, Italian boys listening to The Police in the parking lot, an open concept restaurant with all the windows open and nobody speaks English, so we say bring us lots of food each bite was impeccable but most notable was the carpaccio I have never tasted any so good.

    2. Five doors North one of my faves from way back love the wine in a glass and sharing dishes with friends
