Food for the Southern US states , up here it comes with a touch of the
Caribbean. Oh and it makes you feel happy mind body and soul even if it has
a tad too much of the good stuff!!

If you could create any food and music experience what would it be?
Latin Music (Brazilian, Cape Verde, Salsa) with some sort of Brazilian BBQ
and Cuban and Authentic Mexican combo.

Both I come from a cocktail country. but I LOVE Riesling
