    It means food that makes you want to keep on eating even when you're full and then you are forced to pass out on the couch when you're done eating it.

    Kosher or Sea Salt?

    I pick sea salt, sounds more earthly and exotic and romantic. Something about Kosher say "religious" to me.

    Wine or Cocktails?

    Wine. Wine. Wine. Did I say wine? Who wants cocktails? watered down juice with half an ounce of the cheapest alcohol with too much ice. nothanks.

    Prosciutto or Spam?

    I love proscuitto. Never had spam.

    Who is your favorite Iron Chef?

    I like the oriental host that keeps making funny faces and screaming karate moves during the intro. After him, I say I have a soft spot for Morimoto.

    What is your favorite thing to smoke?

    Smoke meat and bacon. That's all I smoke.

    What is your favorite music to listen to while cooking, after Soul Food of course?

    Bob Marley or Buena Vista social Club. Or any kind of funky sound like the Meters.

    Top 3 food experiences after Nyood and Kultura of course?

    "Maiko" Chilean Seabass in Montreal west island (possibly the best food I ever put in my mouth)

    Also, I must say that the roast beef at Milestones just recently blew me away - I know that this sounds unlikely but it was truly incredible.
