Thanks Kerry Simon | August 1 2010Had dinner at Simon Prime in Atlantic City, the renown Chef Kerry Simon was in the house and treated us to a very lavish spread of his American comfort food classics. His Mac n Cheese has been on the menu since '93, now thats a signature dish. This pic is the cover of his menu. I love it. We had to walk the boardwalk for an hour after dinner to digest. Thanks Kerry, send me that pic you took of us all after dinner.

Ice Cream Truck Strikes Again...AC | August 1 2010Check out the lineup at the Cooking Channel Ice Cream Truck yesterday. 6000 servings of Ice Cream. Thats a lot of love being spread. Thanks to Springers Ice Cream and of course the whole crew at the truck. Met a lot of fans, took a lot of pictures and there is madd video blogs that will be showing up soon enough. Look out.

Atlantic City Boardwalk | August 1 2010This city has the most amazing boardwalk. On one side is the beach and on the other Casino row and madd shops and food stalls. All along there are these guys pushing 3 seater trolleys, the call them Taxis, with canopy's to block the sun. I had to ride it, this is the view from the Taxi on the boardwalk on a beautiful day. Ahhh...
